Construction of the Kopanskaya Industrial Park has begun in Krasnodar

Veniamin Kondratyev met with Artem Kolesnikov and Denis Morozov, managers of Dogma Group of Companies

The Kopanskaya industrial park will span over 38 hectares. The main goal is to produce a wide range of construction materials. About 11 billion rubles are planned to be invested in the industrial park until 2033, said Veniamin Kondratyev.

The Kopanskaya Industrial Park is now listed in the official registry of industrial parks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This will allow for reimbursement of costs associated with building infrastructure, as well as exemptions on property, profit, and land taxes. Residents of the park are also eligible to receive a reimbursement of up to 50% of their lease payments and they can also get preferential loans from the regional Industrial Development Fund.

Denis Morozov thanked the governor for his support.

In order to meet the growing demand for aerated concrete blocks, plastic windows, and metal structures in the construction industry, we plan to set up state-of-the-art production facilities in the industrial park. Moreover, a new design for light production facilities — light industrial — will be implemented. This is what all regions lack today,» Denis Morozov said.

In 2023, the Krasnodar Territory administration and investors signed an investment agreement for the development of the Kopanskaya Industrial Park.

The development of industrial parks and technology parks in the region started in 2016. As of today, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has a list of seven industrial parks and one industrial technopark, all of which have a total of 44 companies operating within them.

Seven projects are currently being implemented to create industrial parks, along with three projects to establish industrial technoparks. Additionally, there are 10 more projects in development to create similar premises.
