For 10 months of the current year, 63 projects worth up to 18.8 billion rubles were implemented in the Krasnodar region, within the framework of consumer sphere investment agreements. Of these, 13 projects valued at 14.5 billion rubles, the press service of the regional service for the consumer sphere and alcohol market regulation reports.
Today, the largest number of projects (32) are carried out in the spheres of retail facilities. Another 17 investment agreements were implemented in the petrol stations and vehicle roadside assistance industry, 10 — in the logistics and distribution centers industry, and four — in catering.
Moreover, Kuban companies concluded 19 agreements of intent on investment for a total of 8.1 billion rubles. Seven projects have already been implemented.
From January until October, 358 consumer facilities with 202,615.6 sq. m of total area were opened in the Krasnodar region, of which 311 are retail facilities. A number of facilities were opened in the following sectors: repair and maintenance of motor vehicles (17), catering (15), consumer services (12), and wholesale trade (3).
In the first half of the year, fixed capital investments in the consumer sector increased by 20.2% compared to last year and amounted to 11.7 billion rubles.
